昨日は、京都市内真ん中を流れる鴨川の源流を歩く。
上賀茂から遡って，雲ヶ畑の中津川、祖父谷を目指す。
北山トレッキングのほぼ真ん中に位置する，市民に親しまれている地域です。
年二回の膵臓検査では、OK出ましたが，悪玉コレストロ－ルが少し基準値より高いとのこと。
原因は、風呂上がりに食べるアイスクリームと甘いもの大好きで、つい食べ過ぎる事。
腹筋では、連続千回以上出来る筋肉量有るのに，冬眠前の熊のように脂肪を蓄える卑しいこの身体ですね。
歳は気にしたくないが，63歳になると基礎代謝量が落ちて太りやすくなってきてます。
写真は落葉した晩秋の渓谷と、昨夜に降った初雪です。好きな自然に接して，脂肪を燃焼させるカヤッキングとウォーキングをつずけて、マッチョになります。
